In Texas Top Cop Shop, Inc., et al., v. Merrick Garland, Attorney General Of The United States, et al., Civil Action 4:24-CV-478 (E.D. Tex. Dec. 3, 2024), the Plaintiffs sought to “enjoin the Government from enforcing the Corporate Transparency Act and its Implementing Regulations.”
ACE Charitable Legal Services, Inc., a Florida non-profit, tax-exempt organization is an offshoot of ACE-JEDI, PLLC, a Florida Professional Limited Liability Company composed of some of the best trial and appellate attorneys throughout the state dedicated to preserving the integrity of the judicial system and providing legal services to the poor and middle-class segments of our society.
In December, I began working as a law clerk for Justice Joseph A. Boyd. He soon involved me with his writing of a history of all the justices of the Florida Supreme Court. On November 3, 1980, Justice Boyd and I visited Justice Ben T. Overton.
