History & Experience:

Randall Reder is a licensed attorney, admitted to the Florida Bar in 1978. His law practice emphasizes Appellate, Business, Real Estate, Probate Law, and Pro Bono Law. Mr. Reder graduated from Chamberlain High School in 1970 and the University of South Florida  in 1973 with a B.S. degree in mathematics.

Mr. Reder received his Juris Doctorate degree in 1978 from Florida State University, where he was a member of the law review, a legal writing instructor, research assistant to Dean Joshua Morse, III, and a judicial intern with Justice James C. Adkins. From 1979 through 1986, Mr. Reder clerked for Justice Joseph A. Boyd, Jr. of the Florida Supreme Court.

When Justice Boyd became the Chief Justice of the Florida Supreme Court in 1984, he became the chief administrator for the entire Judicial Branch.  Mr. Reder served as Chief Justice Boyd’s liaison with the Governor’s Office, the State Legislature, the newly created Judicial Council, the Appellate Courts Judicial Council, the Circuit Courts Judicial Council, the County Courts Judicial Council, and the Florida Bar.  Mr. Reder also served as a trustee of the Florida Supreme Court Historical Society from 1983 – 1987.

When Chief Justice Boyd retired at the end of 1986, Mr. Reder returned to Tampa, to work as an associate attorney for Alpert, Josey, Grilli & Freemon for a year and a half. In the summer of 1988, Mr. Reder left the firm and opened his own law practice near his family’s home in Carrollwood, sharing office space with Joe Episcopo and Paul Riffel.

In 1994, they relocated their offices at Georgetown Office Park, 1319 W. Fletcher Ave, Tampa, FL 33612, where they maintained their separate law practices.

Mr. Reder moved to Savannah Georgia, February 1, 2022, and is now located at 108 E York St, #302, Savannah, GA 31401.  He is now an active member of The Florida Supreme Court Historical Society and the Florida Bar’s Public Interest Law Section.

Mr. Reder is licensed to practice in all of the state courts in Florida, the Federal District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Florida, and the United States Supreme Court.
